A few people have asked me what the new toys are for? I made some Indian clubs out of pvc pipe(simple and cheap) to play around with. I’ve had 5 shoulder surgeries over the years, and I believe more than a few of them could have been avoided with better training methods. If I had somebody to show me this kind of tool 15 years ago, I would have been all over it. I’ll probably make a few more sets of them, with different weights. Feel free to use them in your warmup. Your shoulders will thank you later.
